Job Description - Sales Administrator (Catering Equipment)

Responsibilities




  • Process daily sales orders

  • Process invoices or all sales transactions

  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices

  • Place purchase orders and liaise with suppliers on a daily basis

  • Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure on time shipments by sea or air for all orders

  • Liaise with the delivery team to ensure timely deliveries

  • Maintain and update sales and customer records

  • Develop monthly sales reports

  • Support the sales force with general operations



  • Requirement




  • Form 5 / DSE or above

  • High organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Ability to prioritize workload

  • Strong communication skills

  • Well versed in inventory system and Microsoft Office

  • An administrative or sales background

  • Must be detail oriented

  • Immediate availability is prefer
