We're looking for an ambitious Sales & Marketing Executive to join our company and help drive our consumer product strategy forward. In this role, you'll work closely with our sales, marketing, and merchandising teams to deliver compelling product solutions across our customer base.
You'll support the management of product portfolios and categories, contribute to pricing and positioning decisions, and help coordinate customer relationships and business reviews. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their commercial career who wants hands-on experience across the full commercial cycle (from product selection to customer delivery) in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Portfolio Support
⢠Assist in managing product assortments for key customers, ensuring ranges are
relevant, competitive, and on trend
⢠Support the coordination of seasonal collections, permanent ranges, and promotional
campaigns within the pet category
⢠Contribute to portfolio analysis and optimization initiatives, including product
segmentation and range reviews
Customer Account Support
⢠Act as a day-to-day contact point for assigned customers, providing responsive support
and building strong working relationships
⢠Work alongside senior team members to develop and implement account strategies
⢠Assist in identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and support new
business development efforts
⢠Help track and report on account performance, providing data and insights to support
decision-making

Commercial Coordination & Analysis
⢠Support the preparation and delivery of customer business reviews, gathering data,
creating presentations, and contributing insights
⢠Assist in developing pricing strategies and competitive positioning recommendations
⢠Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance to identify
opportunities and risks
⢠Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of commercial initiatives
Requirements
⢠2-4 years' experience in a commercial, category, marketing, or sales support role
(consumer goods or retail experience preferred)
⢠Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work
effectively across teams
⢠Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and data analysis, combined with creative
problem-solving abilities
⢠Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
⢠Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced
environment
⢠Fluent English (written and spoken). Additional European languages are an advantage
