Job Description - Sales Assistant

Our Client, a Japanese electronic trading company is seeking a Customer Service (Sales Assistant) to join their team.

Position: Customer Service (Sales Assistant)
Location: Kowloon Bay
Salary:
up to HKD 20K/M (negotiable)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle general sales administrative tasks
  • Assist with basic accounting duties, such as compiling documents for submission to the accounting firm
  • Manage order processing from customers and place purchase orders with suppliers
  • Prepare necessary documents related to procurement and delivery
  • Support import/export procedures and shipping documentation
  • Monitor and manage sales records and reporting
  • Willing to travel to China

Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • Minimum 2 years of practical experience in trading operations
  • Business-level proficiency in Cantonese, Japanese(JLPT N1), Mandarin, and good command in English.
