Job Title: Sales Assistant - Private Wealth Management

About the Role

The Company

Our client is a global wealth management firm based in Hong Kong. We are seeking an experienced Sales Assistant - Private Wealth Management.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle & execute dealing orders from sales / clients
2. Provide administrative support to the sales
3. Handle clients’ enquiries and provide quality service support
4. Assist in other ad hoc projects when required

Requirements:

1. SFC or HKMA licensee with at least 2 years relevant experience from Private Banking, Wealth Management or Asset Management
2. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
3. Strong PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
4. Self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure and in fast-paced team environment
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
6. Effectively using AI is preferred
