Sales Associate / Senior Sales Associate

Our company operating retail business of 2 European Luxury Fashion Brands in Hong Kong and Macau. We are now expanding our store network and welcome all appropriate candidates to join us!

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide customer service in a professional manner
• Assist in store operations as assigned
• Handle customer inquiries and provide recommendations
• Maintain long-term relationship with potential customers
• Maximize sales to achieve store sales target
• Perform ad hoc. duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years of retail experience in fashion brands
• Form 6 graduate with good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Basic computer skills
• Self-motivated with positive attitude and professional selling techniques
• Outgoing and responsible team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidate with more experience will consider as Senior Sales Associate
