Job Responsibilities:

• Provide daily sales operations and administration support to the team including preparation of sales quotation, invoices, delivery documents, etc.
• Maintain and update sales data and clients information in system, ensure data accuracy and up-to-date
• Work closely with internal parties such as Logistics, Production and R&D teams
• Prepare periodical sales report and analysis for management review 
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager 

Job Requirements:

• DSE or above in any disciplines
• 1-2 years sales support experience from F&B / FMCG / manufacturing industries
• Proactive, well-organized and attention in details
• A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Words, Excel and work processing
