Job Description - Sales Coordinator Sales Support

Department: Sales Centre - Key Dealer Sales

Responsibilities:

Handle and resolve daily inquiries and requests from different distribution channels via the Company platform and email

Compile and update sales reports and consolidate analysis reports on a regular basis

Support the Sales team and provide all necessary backend operational assistance to the team

Having other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

Diploma holder or above

At least 2 years of relevant experience especially CS experience would be an advantage

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Excellent command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
