Job Description - Sales & Event Manager

Job Requirements

  • F.7 or above
  • Experience in leading promoters team, organizing events or exhibitions is a MUST
  • Aggressive, responsible, sales-oriented
  • Strong leadership and people management skill
  • Candidate should be able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to work during weekend and public holiday.
  • Be proficient in MS Excel and Chinese input Duties :
  • Explore and develop new business opportunities to achieve the sales target
  • Supervise and lead promoter team to achieve set targets in terms of sales & service in Road Show & Outdoor Events
  • Conduct sales & motivation training to the Sales Promotor Team
  • Assist in handling sales and marketing analysis reports and handle customer enquiries
  • Provide operation and admin supports to sales team
  • Sales and promoters teams development and people management
  • Lead Sales Team to overcome operational, pricing, product barriers, in order to facilitate sales conversion efficiencies
  • Preparing budget and post event summary
  • Preparing proposal and presentation to client
  • Assist in project co-ordination with clients and vendors to ensure smooth event operation.
