Job Description - Sales Executive

ACT Genomics is a leading biotechnology group in Asia providing genomics test services in oncology. We solve fundamental challenges in cancer diagnostics, and translate next generation sequencing (NGS) test results into tailored treatment options. Our services in Hong Kong are highly recognized by the biotech and healthcare sectors since its establishment in early 2017. To cope with our rapid business expansion, we would like to invite dynamic and highly qualified candidates to develop their careers together with us.

Job Responsibilities

  • Sales and Product Promotion:
    • Drive sales of our NGS technology and Oncology product portfolio to healthcare professionals, research institutions, and hospitals.
    • Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the advanced features and clinical benefits of our solutions.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with KOLs in the oncology and molecular diagnostics field.
    • Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
    • Provide feedback on market needs to support the development of new products and enhancements.
  • Training and Education:
    • Collaborate with medical and scientific teams to organize and participate in educational events and seminars.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales reports, and documentation.
    • Collaborate with the marketing to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.

Job Qualification

  • Required Qualification:
    • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Preferred Qualification:
    • Experience in NGS platforms, oncology diagnostics, or related products.
    • Familiarity with KOLs and decision-makers in the Hong Kong healthcare and research community.
    • Ability to understand and articulate the clinical and research applications of NGS in oncology.
