Sales Executive

We are an International HOSPITALITY business focused on Spirits & Cocktails.

We have three lines of business:

1. BRANDS & DISTRIBUTION

We market our own brands of whisky and Japanese shochu across multiple Asian and Global markets. We’re also the EXCLUSIVE importer and distributor of various products from Scotland, Japan, Netherlands and other parts of the world. We run a strong ON/OFF TRADE Distribution Business focused on Hotels, Bars, Restaurants, Private Member Clubs & Retail Outlets.

2. DIRECT TO CONSUMER (D2C)

We operate direct to consumer RETAIL businesses including:

(a) an online retail platform for Japanese whisky, Scotch whisky, Japanese shochu and spirits, MIZUNARA:THE SHOP (www.mizunaratheshop.com)

(b) Japanese Styled Whisky & Cocktail Bar, MIZUNARA:THE LIBRARY (www.mizunarathelibrary.com); and

(c) a Japanese Shochu & Cocktail Music Lounge KUROMARU https://www.maisonmeiji.com/kuromaru

3.TRAINING & CONSULTING

We conduct educational & training sessions including masterclasses relating to Spirits, Cocktails & Hospitality. We also execute consulting projects for Food & Beverage businesses for their Bar operations, creation of Beverage Menus and overall operation of F&B outlets. The Role

You will be responsible for :

• Develop the On-Trade & Off-Trade segment in Hong Kong (Bars, Restaurants, Hotels, Private Member Clubs, Retail Stores etc.).
• Prepare all supporting marketing collateral, including maintaining any detailed product catalogue.
• Support the Training & Education of Trade customers.
• Create digital content for promoting various products from time to time.
• Generate ideas for Events with Trade partners.
• Support Daily operations.

Ideal Profile

• Have a strong interest in and passion for Whisky, Japanese Spirits & Cocktails
• High standard of customer service
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Language skills, including the ability to read, write and speak English is a must. In addition, ability to speak, read and write Japanese will be an advantage in effectively liaise the stakeholders of the region
• Between 1 – 5 years of experience in Bartending, Sales of Wine/Spirits / Japanese Shochu / Sake or any area related to Hospitality.
• Good Interpersonal skills and a strong team player
• Able to work in small teams / self-motivated with an entrepreneurial approach.
