Sales Executive (B2C, Luxury)

The Company

Our client is a MNC (luxury) company. They are looking for Sales Associate (B2C) to join the team.

The Role

• Engage walk-in customers proactively and understand their needs through effective interactions
• Recommend suitable products/services and provide clear, persuasive product demonstrations
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store/team performance
• Maintain strong product knowledge, including features, pricing, and promotions
• Deliver a high standard of customer service to enhance overall shopping experience
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
• Support visual merchandising and ensure store displays are well-presented and organized
• Process sales transactions accurately (POS handling, cash/card payments)
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock checks

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches

Your Profile

• Diploma or above preferred; fresh graduates are welcome
• 1-3 years of retail or B2C sales experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude
• Sales-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
• Good command of English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
