Responsibilities

• Meet sales target approved by the management
• Ensure and maintain close coordination with all operational departments
• Ensure the entire selling cycle is properly handled with guest expectation and satisfaction
• Follow up enquiries with guest’s information and reply by phone call or email
• Assist with the stock taking and ensure sufficient inventory for all accessories for the smooth running of Bombshell sales operation
• Conduct research for the latest trend for possible new product development or product modifications
• Explore potential business partner for possible joint cooperation

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or Catering Management or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales / retail, experience in customer service industry will be a plus
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Sales-oriented, self-motivated and be a good team player
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
