Job Description - Sales Executive (Kwai Chung, Freight Forwarders)

Responsibilities

Explore new business opportunities and formulate business solution

To achieve the individual new win business (B2B and B2C) target in term of volume, sales, and net revenue

Identify, develop, and build business network and relationships with all customer’s contact levels to retain and penetrate the account

Work with internal

Handle full spectrum of freight & logistics sales related administration

Prepare sales quotation

Identify potential customers

Provide after sales support

Oversee the sales process to attract new clients

Maintain and grow current customers

To assist sales team on sourcing of vendors and rates

To ensure proper coordination between sales, customer service and operations team

Liaise with overseas counterpart to ensure the smooth transition of goods

Maintain proper filing system

Any other tasks assigned by superior

Requirements

DSE / Form 5 or above

At least 3 years of experience in freight and logistics industry

Strong sales drive

Operational background in freight forwarding industry

Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, additional language such as Indonesian is a plus

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Aggressive, out-going, enjoy face-to-face connection

Knowledge on freight services and supply chain solutions

eCommerce experience is preferred

Positive learning attitude

Able to handle queries independently

Possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills

Have initiative, being proactive and able to plan

Able to perform in a fast paced and dynamic work environment

Computer skills

Self-motivated and driven by targets

Resilience

The ability to influence and negotiate with others

Commercial awareness
