What We Offer As part of our Sales organization-encompassing Sales Executives and Business Development-you will play a pivotal role in selling Nasdaq's Trade Surveillance solutions (software and services) to both existing clients and new prospects.
You'll collaborate closely with pre-sales, strategy, product, marketing, customer delivery, finance, and legal to drive seamless execution of the sales process.
We're seeking an experienced
Sales Executive with strong hunting abilities and deep domain knowledge in RegTech, Trade Surveillance, or Compliance. This is a rare opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-moving, high-visibility, global environment.

What You Will Do As a Sales Executive, you will:
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospect qualification to deal closure
- Develop go-to-market strategies and build a strong pipeline of qualified leads
- Execute sales strategies to acquire new logos across the region
- Lead and support Request for Proposal (RFP) responses
- Coordinate cross-regionally with internal teams to drive customer success
- Represent Nasdaq at key industry events and conferences
What We Expect - Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3-4 years' experience in SaaS sales within capital markets
- Proven ability to sell complex solutions to senior stakeholders ("Business Head" / C-suite)
- Strong influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Consistent track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel across APAC for business
What Would Be Helpful - Strong financial markets knowledge
- Experience opening new markets in Korea, India, Taiwan, or Southeast Asia
- Specialized knowledge in RegTech, Trade Surveillance, or Compliance
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, or Korean
