 The objectives of the AP Ecosystems & Alliances (E&A) team are aligned with our global ambition: to strengthen strategic relationships with leading technology companies, drive alliance sales growth, deliver transformational outcomes for clients, and design the future together.


The AP E&A core team works closely with global, regional, and local organizations to drive high performance through strategic alignment, collaboration, effective governance, best-practice sharing, insightful analytics, and operational excellence. We deliver value across strategic initiatives, marketing and communications, and operations through skilled and committed people. As multidimensional collaboration becomes increasingly important, the AP E&A team collaborates closely with multiple teams across AP with different focuses and capabilities, including industry- and client-facing teams and those working with cutting-edge technologies.

About the Role


Based in an Asia Pacific country, the Sales Executive Program Director will own the end-to-end design, launch, staffing, and management of the AP Alliance Sales Executives Program. They will build a scalable, centralized sales engine aligned with our Alliances and technology relationships to drive origination and full-cycle conversion. They will embed strategic priorities across industries, AI, hyperscalers, and sustainability, leveraging cross-alliance and AI capabilities.


 


Key Responsibilities



  • Strategy and design: Define the Sales Executive capability, talent model, compensation, and KPIs; contribute to long-term plans and investment sprints.

  • Launch and placement: Lead the rollout of Sales Executives across participating firms; prioritize AP strategic alliances in line with investment guidelines.

  • Stakeholder alignment: Partner with Global Chief Commercial Officers, Lead Alliance Partners, Participating Firm and Business Alliance leaders to align on Sales Executives’ career paths, compensation, and development.

  • Talent and hiring: Apply learnings from US/EMEA program and define the role mix (e.g., Participating Firm Sales Executives / Directors, Business Development, Operations/Support).

  • Sales governance: Establish validation processes, scenario-based crediting, transparent tracking, and approval mechanisms via Sales Executives’ self-assessment, Lead Client Engagement Partners, Business Directors, and local leaders’ reviews.

  • Compliance: Ensure submissions and approvals are completed within 60 days of opportunity close in the sales tracking system; design and enforce crediting rules and multi-territory splits.

  • Operations and pipeline: Implement AP pipeline management, dashboards, and periodic reporting; orchestrate executive collaboration across Deloitte and Alliances to optimize go-to-market, prioritization, and recognition.

Required



  • Bachelor’s degree; an advanced degree is a plus.

  • 8+ years of professional experience.

  • Fluency in English (native or business level).

  • Demonstrated experience communicating with senior-level executives.

  • High proficiency with spreadsheet, presentation, and collaboration/communication tools.

  • Experience working in diverse, international teams.


 


Preferred



  • Experience with and understanding of market-leading technologies and products.

  • Experience in a sales role or in collaborating closely with sales teams at a technology company.

  • Ability to think strategically while staying focused on monitoring the progress of action items and bringing them to conclusion within appropriate timeframes.

  • Strong aptitude and passion for driving sales and market impact.

  • Ability to influence a broad range of key stakeholders, particularly when driving new initiatives.

  • Highly organized and self-sufficient; successful with limited direction; upbeat and enthusiastic.

  • Clear and convincing communicator across oral, written, and formal presentation formats.

  • A high degree of integrity, honoring commitments and demonstrating consistent follow-up.

  • Excellent team player; effective at sharing knowledge, communicating clearly, and supporting teammates during periods of increased workload.
