Job Description - Sales Executive (Wholesale)

Responsibilities




  • Explore and develop new customers, including local & Macau, retailers and chain stores to achieve sales targets and cope with business growth

  • Maintain good relationship with existing customers

  • Provide daily support to wholesale customers including order placement, payment & delivery arrangement

  • Prepare catalogues & communication material for customers.

  • Set up sales & promotion campaign

  • Analyze and monitor sales trends and performance

  • To control the complete wholesale order lifecycle, from order raising to dispatch and return

  • Prepare sales report and relevant analytical reports

  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor



    • Requirements




  • DSE / Form 5 or above

  • At least 1-2 years sales experience in wholesales industry preferable in FMCG or Fashion Products (e.g. Bags, Accessories, Umbrella, Home and Health & Beauty)

  • Highly sensitive to market trends and customer needs

  • Self-motivated, presentable, responsible, target-oriented and aggressive on business development

  • Able to work under pressure and independently with minimal supervision

  • Strong numerical sense, analytical mind and organization skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office application (e.g. Excel – especially in vlookup and pivot table, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing)

  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin

  • Immediate available is preferable
