Job Description :
- Overall accountability for the revenue generation and meeting sales revenue targets
- Conduct effective sales visit and engagement with appointed agents, identify potential travel agents to grow sales revenue
- Manage trade relationship with all BSP and non BSP agents in Hong Kong and Macau
- Supervise and guide Sales Op/Admin to achieve operational efficiency in agency servicing
- Utilize Sales Force Tableau / Sales Management Tool to manage sales activities
Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree Holder
- Fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- 3-5 years' experience in sales and/or account management
- Proactive attitude and staying updated with latest trends, technologies and best practices in sales
- Strong business acumen with a keen eye for new sales and market development opportunities
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decision
- Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/Power-point)
