Sales Manager

By the spirit of profession, proactive management and innovation, we provide tailor-made for the customer. Our services covered residence, shopping arcade, commercial building, market, public facility, recreational and cultural facilities, school building, elder house and other related service.

To cope with the expansion of our B2B business, we are now seeking a high calibre to join us and lead the fast growing sales team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the B2B sales strategies, including but not limited to setting sales quotas, preparing sales budget, developing new opportunities, to drive the sales of both existing and new services.
• Supervise the sales team (including both sales executive and sales admin) to ensure the smooth sales operation.
• Prepare and deliver presentation, and negotiate terms & conditions for business partners.
• Handle client enquiries, delivery issues, and payments to ensure a smooth course of dealing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Report to Group CEO. 

Requirements

• Higher Diploma holder in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant discipline
• Minimum 6 years of solid experience in Sales or Business Development with 2 years in manager/assistant manager role
• Strong personal accountability and goal-orientation
• Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone or in writing
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Good skills in Mobile Apps, digital media, Facebook, etc
