Responsibilities:

• To solicit the mortgage loan business and achieve individual target
• To establish and develop the relationship with Referral Parties including property agencies, mortgage brokers and solicitors
• To provide end to end service to the mortgage customer
• To cross-sell the required products, e.g. credit card, personal loan, insurance and investment, according to management directives and with appropriate license
• To fulfill the compliance requirement and handle the customer and application according to the procedure

Requirements:

• University graduate or above
• 3 year or above relevant experience
• Minimum of 5 years' bank mortgage sales or property agency experience with proven sales track records (Minimum of 2 year for Assistant Manager) for Form 5 graduate
• Strong self-motivation, customer and sales orientation
• Strong network with related business partners
• Understand relevant policies and procedures of the Bank as well as regulatory requirements
• Good communication skills
• Good PC knowledge
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
