Job Description - Sales Manager (Business Development)

Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base

  • Coordinate meetings with potential clients, conduct sales presentations, and negotiations to drive the sales process

  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with existing clients, provide high-quality customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Stay updated on industry trends and market opportunities through market 

  • Research and competitive analysis, providing relevant feedback and recommendations

  • Coordinate internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure the smooth implementation of sales plans



    • Requirements




  • DSE / Form 5 or above

  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in a similar role, preferably in a renowned brand company or import/trading company

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients at all levels

  • Strong team collaboration skills to work with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and cultures and coordinate multiple projects

  • Familiarity with international markets and global business, willing to travel globally

  • Solid business acumen to quickly identify and leverage opportunities for sustained company growth
