Job Description - Sales Manager, Educational industry

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager in the educational sector. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Develop Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and actively seek new business opportunities.
Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor sales metrics and performance reports to evaluate and enhance team effectiveness.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies within the educational landscape.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Language: Cantonese, Mandarin & English
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, in the educational sector or a related industry
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
