What you will do
This person will join the Sales Team in ELV/Security in Hong Kong. He/she will
Majority to develop new sales opportunities through ELV/Security Solutions market from property developers, end users, E&M consultants, property and facilities management, facility operators in Hong Kong and Macau
Upgrade and expand the business scope from existing operation and maintenance services customers
To build and manage relationship with existing and potential customers
To coordinate with services operation team, digitalization and region services team to support growth of services and maintenance business through digitalization.
How you will do it
To achieve and growth the sales targets and objectives as assigned
Proactive approach to make appointment, meetings, presentations to create new and extend opportunity with clients through digitalization products and introduction of Johnson controls services business.
Coordination with the digital solution team and the services sales team in the region for the business grow strategically and technically
Create cross sales activities to ensure both groups are working effectively to meet property developers, end users, E&M consultant, facilities and property management, key account customers and stakeholders expectations
What we look for
Required
Minimum 4 years’ sales experience in Building Solution (Security, Energy, ELV)
Experience in digitalization solution will be an advantage
Experiences in customer account management will be an advantage
Experiences in building and maintenance services is preferred
Good oral, written and presentation skills with ability to present to senior executives
Customer focus and follow up activities oriented
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Preferred
Good connections with property developers, property management, facilities operation is preferred
Positive, proactive and can do attitude is preferred
Independent and able to work under pressure and meeting sales target
Experience in facilities, energy savings, smart city preferred
Hands on computer knowledge of MS Office
