Job Description - Sales Manager - Global Private Banking
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Sales Manager.
In this role you will
To support and assist the business head of North Asia region & all other market heads/deskheads in achieving GPB sales targets by identifying key gaps and opportunities in the sales offering / process and to then create platform-wide, scalable initiatives and campaigns to capture these opportunities, including robust project plans and timelines to execute and deliver
To support the Asia Head of Sales Enablement and Head of Sales Effectiveness North Asia in design and implementation of sales initiatives & campaigns, provision of sales trackers and analytics, facilitation of market cadence and sales meetings
Monitor sales performance and productivity of frontline via KPIs / agreed standards in line with agreed target operating model
Design and implement a consistent and effective sales management approach including tools, MI, capability development and incentive programs
By understanding GPB sales platform, leverage and coordinate use of multi-channel sales efforts and development of scalable processes together with key partners (GPB market heads, IC's, IWS, Marketing, Risk, Finance and D&A) to deliver sales impact
Review business analytics to identify opportunities to increase penetration of top themes and product ideas, ensure alignment of sales ideas to GIC / RIC view by incorporating client / market feedback into product / sales ideas
Ensure targeted sales initiatives by delineating client books according to product relevance / priority through systematic tracking and analysis
Proposing credible options, influencing key stakeholders appropriately and reaching agreement / resolution with senior leaders. Producing accurate and timely material/data analytics for facilitation of sales review and business cadence
To be successful you will need
Relevant business and product management experience in the banking industry, preferably Private Banking / Private Wealth Management
University degree in Business or other relevant majors
Ability to work in a multi-function team and to establish credibility in front of colleagues and clients
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent numerical understanding and analytical skills
Good understanding of front to back processes are an advantage
