Sales Manager (Institutional & Channel Sales)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the development, maintenance, and service of institutional and channel clients in the Hong Kong market; conduct regular client visits and provide professional investment advice and market insights.
2. Organize client meetings, roadshows, and investor events; handle client inquiries and post-sales support to maintain strong client relationships.
3. Manage product assessment processes and prepare professional marketing materials, including RFPs, DDQs, and Pitch Books.
4. Develop and implement specific sales plans in alignment with the firm's overall marketing strategies and objectives.
5. Work closely with internal teams to provide comprehensive and high-quality asset management services to clients.

Job Requirements:

1. Master’s degree or above, with a preference for majors in Economics or Finance.
2. Minimum of 3 years of institutional or channel sales experience within the Hong Kong financial sector.
3. Solid understanding of mutual funds, investment products, and the asset management industry.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, excellent teamwork, and interpersonal skills; highly passionate about pursuing a career in market sales.
5. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin; proficiency in Cantonese is a strong advantage.
6. Candidates with a valid Hong Kong work visa are preferred.
