Responsibility:

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities by leveraging your professional network to identify and connect with potential clients and decision-makers.

Provide comprehensive client insights and sales data to be tracked in the CRM system, enabling effective lead monitoring and pipeline management.

Drive market growth by cultivating new business opportunities and achieving revenue targets to support the company's overall objectives.

Build and nurture relationships with prospective customers to facilitate successful deal closures and contract negotiations.

Lead the business development process, coordinating with cross-functional teams to develop compelling logistics service proposals.

Support and help execute the strategic business plan to align with regional and corporate growth goals.

Prepare and present detailed business cases for new opportunities to secure management approvals.

Requirement:

Solid experience in sales management, ideally in the logistics / freight forwarding industry

Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proficient with CRM tools and sales reporting/analytics
