YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Director of Sales & Marketing
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties.
  • Responsible for providing effective administrative support to Sales & Marketing Department to ensure a cohesive working environment for the successful delivery of the department’s collaborative goals and objective.
  • Project management and co-ordination for ad hoc, specific and ongoing Sales & Marketing Department events, tasks and initiatives under the Department Head.

Qualifications

  • Diploma / University graduate, formal secretarial training an asset;
  • Minimum 4 years’ secretarial experience with 2 years in similar capacity, hotel experience is a definite advantage;
  • Industrious, detail-oriented, well-organized and has a strong drive to assume additional responsibilities other than normal secretarial work;
  • Excellent communications skills in both written and spoken English, proficiency in writing reports and outward correspondence independently; &
  • Good command of PC knowledge.
