Job Description - Sales Merchandiser / Administrator

Our client is a US based premium & gifts and fashion jewelry trading firm. To cope with their expansion, they are now looking for potential incumbents to join their team in Hong Kong office.

  • Build and maintain excellent relationship with customers
  • Identify sales opportunity and promote company’s products and services to generate new sales from existing and new customers
  • Provide presales support to after-sales services, such as answering enquiries, quotation and complaints handling, etc.
  • Follow up production samples, sales orders and shipment
  • Requirement: :
  • Tertiary education or above
  • 3+ years’ solid experience in sales / merchandising for the products of Premium & Gifts / Stationery / Sundries
  • Ability to travel occasionally
  • Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
