Role Purpose:
As a Sales Supervisor (Food & Beverage), you will implement sales strategies to achieve sales target of assigned accounts.

A typical day in the Role:

  • Formulate & implement the sales strategies in order to deliver agreed levels of volume, top line and bottom line of the restaurants/ Food and Beverage Channel.
  • Drive sales by business penetration and hunting new account of respective channels / accounts assigned.
  • Stay close and visit the regular market to monitor market dynamics and competitor move for capturing new business opportunity.
  • Responsible for customer management to maintain professional and good business relationship.

Success will depend on:

  • DSE or above in Business, Marketing, e-Commerce or relevant discipline.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in FMCG industry / F&B sector
  • Energetic, well-organized, proactive, result oriented, able to work independently & capable of working under pressure and meet deadline
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Sales Executive
