Sales Support Associate, Family Office & Wealth Management

Appointed by multiple family offices, wealth management and securities brokerages to search for Sales Support Associate to cater for the organic growth in Greater China & Asia Pacific region.

Job Duties:

As part of the CIO Office, you’ll be responsible for

• sales support, account opening and trade execution
• liaise with counterparties related to pricing and product structure
• assist the quality production of pitching materials
• facilitate desktop research and support portfolio reviews
• ensure daily operations aligns with regulatory requirements
• manage in-house database/CRM
• active participation in ad-hoc digitalization projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder with 5years+/- working experience, preferably with 3 years+ client service, dealing and account opening experience
• Understanding of wealth management industry and regulatory requirements
• Good understanding of Equities, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds and Structured products
• Self-motivated team worker with strong attentiveness to details
• Articulated communication and good interpersonal skill
• Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
