Job Title: Sales Support Officer - CIES

Location: Central, Hong Kong

About the Role

The Company

Our client is a global wealth management firm based in Hong Kong. We are seeking an experienced Sales Support Officer - CIES.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end processing of CIES applications, including eligibility assessment, documentation review, and submission to relevant authorities, with occasional errands as required
2. Provide ongoing guidance to clients on CIES investment requirements, compliance obligations, timelines, and renewal procedures
3. Monitor qualifying investments within the CIES framework and generate periodic reports for internal and client use
4. Provide administrative assistance for sales operations and may be required to handle and execute dealing orders from the sales team
5. Handle sales and clients’ enquiries and deliver high-quality service support
6. Assist in ad-hoc projects as needed

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in handling CIES application cases
2. Solid understanding of CIES regulations, qualifying investments, renewal criteria, and common regulatory issues
3. Self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong skills in documentation management, case tracking, and deadline management
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
5. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
6. Proficiency in utilizing AI tools is preferred
7. Holding SFC licenses is an advantage
