Job Description - Sales Support Officer (Credit Card)

Provide clerical and operational support to the Credit Card Sales Team, including data input, checking and filing.
Handle credit card application processing, including verification of application details and updating information in internal systems.
Monitor credit card application status and follow up on pending cases to support sales activities.
Liaise with internal departments and external partners on application progress, document flow and operational arrangements when necessary.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc sales and operations reports, letters and internal records as requested by the Sales Team and management.
Assist in data maintenance, system update to ensure effective system operations.
Support and participate in any promotion campaign, provide on-site support during the events when needed.
Participate in any ad-hoc project or task as assigned by superior.

Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above in any discipline (HKQF Level 4 or equivalent).
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Good organization and multi-tasking skills, able to work under time constraints and meet deadlines.
Proactive, detail-minded and responsible, with good team spirit.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with fast typing speed in both Chinese and English.
Knowledge of credit card products or banking operations is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Fresh graduates are welcome; immediate availability is highly preferred.
