Job Description - Sales/Project Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build lasting relationships with Sales Companies / Distributors and internal departments.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role
  • Follow up with customers to maximize sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform sales report, sales analysis and prepare business proposals & presentation materials.
  • Perform market research & analysis.
  • Work closely with the internal department for new product development.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments as required.

REQUIREMENTS 
  • 2-3 years of working experience as a technical sales admin or sales supporting role is preferred.
  • Diploma or above in Marketing, Engineering, IT, or related disciplines
  • Candidates with experience in working on projects with Government bodies, developers, architects, contractors, consultants, and property management companies are preferable.
  • Positive and engaging personality that will engage and drive sales.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, and concerns, and providing timely solutions.
  • Prepare sales performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and market trends.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base.
  • Requires strong self-governance, a proactive approach, and personal accountability.
  • Open to feedback and willing to take action to improve performance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & MS Excel and familiar with Power Pivot, Word & PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills, well organized, consulting and presentation skills, multi-tasking, a good team player, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Selected candidates will be offered a position commensurate with their qualifications and experience. Candidates who have less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant.
