My client, a global US bank is seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a background in Business Analysis to lead Agile squads in delivering impactful solutions. The ideal candidate will champion Agile values, facilitate ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support Product Owners in backlog refinement.
• Monitor squad performance using Agile metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coach team members to embrace innovative methodologies and remove impediments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align squad goals with broader business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end project tasks, from feasibility studies to implementation support.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments with relevant certification (CSM or equivalent).
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile tools.
• Strong understanding of Scrum techniques and artifacts.
• Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in the wealth or private banking services sector is a distinct advantage.
