  The Company :

• SME with diversified business including serviced apartments, F&B...etc
• We are looking for  Secretary – with details as follows :

The Job :

• Provide secretarial support and personal assistance to the Director
• Schedule meetings and appointments
• Handle correspondence in English & Chinese
• Compile reports and maintain filing
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties
• Provide support in Director's business associations activities 
• Provide all round support to Director's business
• Degree holder
• IANG welcome
• Proficient in English, Chinese & Mandarin
• 5 days work : 10am-7pm; need work in Sat or Sun according to Company schedule
• 13 months salary
• Annual leave : 12 days
• Some OT work is required
