Secretary (20K-25K X 13) - importer / food trading (Sai Ying Poon MTR)

Hong Kong - Shenzhen - Guangzhou - Shanghai - Beijing

• Food import trading focus in nuts, dried fruit....etc
• Suppliers : overseas
• Main market : Hong Kong
• We are looking for Secretary - with details as follows :

The Job : 

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial & business support to the General Manager
• Prepare business correspondences, presentation materials, trading documentation....etc
• Arrange schedule of meetings and appointments
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers and local customers
• Negotiate with suppliers for price & other terms
• Issue quotations, invoices and other related documents
• Order process from received order to goods delivered
• Diploma or above is preferable
• 3+ years work experience in trading companies
• Knowledege in trading documents is a plus
• Knowledge in I/E shipping documents is a plus
• Proficient in English & Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Experience in food importers is a plus (not a must)
• 13 months salary + performance bonus
