Our client is a manufacturer and exporter of fine jewellery, specializing in color-stones, diamonds and pearl products.

Responsibilities:

Provide secretarial and administration support to management.

Handle phone calls and take messages.

Coordinate meetings and schedule appointments

Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

·Diploma or Degree holder in any disciplines.

Attention to details and good at coordination.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing.

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin.
