What the day will look like

• Perform daily accounting operation in account payable and receivable function
• Handle invoice payments, receipts, and reconciliation of accounts with client & reinsurers
• Investigate if any discrepancies within the reconciliation and follow up with respective units
• Liaise with client manager to understand client's needs and resolve accounting issues
• Monitor/ liaise with offshore handler on accounting or settlement issues to ensure quality output.
• Participate in UAT for system projects in relating to system enhancement if required.
• Assist managers on reporting and other ad-hoc tasks.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Graduate with Accounting/ Finance/ Business degree.
• At least2-3 years relevant Accounting experience in reinsurance/ insurance sector preferred.
• Strong technical skills in MS Excel.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Good interpersonal skill, analytical skill and problem-solving skill.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Detailed minded, proactive, accurate and meticulous.
