Job Description - Senior Account Manager

Job Overview

Ensign InfoSecurity is the largest pure-play end-to-end cybersecurity service provider in Asia. Headquartered in Singapore, Ensign offers bespoke solutions and services to address their clients’ cybersecurity needs. Our core competencies are in the provision of cybersecurity advisory and assurance services, architecture design and systems integration services, and managed security services for advanced threat detection, threat hunting, and incident response.

 

The Senior Account Manager will execute sales and action plan in his/her assigned market sectors in line with the company strategic plan. He/She assists to generate leads, recognizes opportunities and is responsible for building and maintaining commercial contacts and contracts.

 

The work location will be Hong Kong and Macau, with opportunity to cover East Asia markets such as China and Taiwan. He/She also works closely with our other functional teams in Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia, and elsewhere in the world where Ensign has local presence.

 

A comprehensive sales and product training program will be offered, including a series of brainstorming and strategic market analysis sessions.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Proactively look for new customers leads and opportunities and introduce our business areas. Explore potential markets with marketing support activities such as exhibitions
  • Establish and maintain a close relationship with existing clients through regular close contact with customers
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customers
  • Develop new business opportunities in assigned market sectors and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Prepare and follow up on sales proposal, presentation, tenders and collaboration initiatives
  • Collaborate with all functions to ensure meeting of customers’ expectation and delivery
  • Maintain the sales pipeline in Salesforce regularly
  • Execute sales administration processes efficiently from lead creation to booking

 

Requirements

  • 3-10 years of Sales experience, very passionate in Sales & Marketing
  • At least 2 year experiences in IT, Network and Security related business 
  • University Degree from any disciplines, or equivalent by experience
  • Highly self-motivated in Sales/Account management and good team player
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Good communication skills (spoken & written) in Cantonese and English
  • Competent with MS Office suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Account Manager
