About Your Company

Our client is a Private Equity firm specializing in renewable energy investment and development. With a strong commitment to sustainability and innovation, the firm targets transformative opportunities within the renewable energy sector, focusing on projects that contribute to a greener future.

As part of their strategic growth plan, our client is expanding operations in Southeast Asian markets. To support this business expansion, they are looking to hire an Accountant or Senior Accountant as a new headcount. This role will be crucial in managing group consolidation across their diverse investments and ensuring accurate financial reporting, enabling the firm to effectively capitalize on emerging opportunities in the region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the companys accounting processes, including financial and management reporting for group consolidation across Hong Kong, Colombia, Singapore and Laos.
  
• Manage monthly closing activities, consolidated financial statements, and quarterly reporting.
  
• Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of consolidated accounting schedules and financial statements.
  
• Maintain financial data integrity in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  
• Oversee cash flow and treasury management to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
• Collaborate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banking partners to ensure compliance and enhance operational efficiency.
  
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by CFO or Top Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of comprehensive accounting experience.
• Relevant professional accounting certification (HKICPA or equivalent) is required.
• Experience in the PE/VC investment or listed MNC with South America exposure will be a PLUS
• High level of responsibility, self-driven, and attentive to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin. Spanish speaking will be a huge advantage.
• Strong skills in computer applications, particularly with MS Excel and Xero accounting software.
