Senior Acquisition Manager - Consumer Loans

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Acquisition Manager - Consumer Loans .

In this role you will:

• Develop and implement product strategies and business plans to drive growth in personal loan balances, revenue, and market share.
• Oversee all aspects of product development, including pricing, features, compliance, and customer journey design, to ensure competitiveness and maximize profitability.
• Lead digital initiatives and system enhancements to improve customer experience and unlock new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise strategies that expand the customer base and increase personal loan penetration.

To be successful you will need:

• Solid experience managing unsecured lending products in retail banking, with a proven track record in personal loan business growth.
• Highly self-motivated, with strong business acumen and excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Strategic thinker with robust leadership and people management capabilities, able to inspire and develop teams.
• Experience in credit risk management is advantageous.
