(Senior) Administrative Assistant (高級)行政助理

Job Description

• To provide general administration support for the office, including clerical and liaison works;
• To undertake other miscellaneous administrative duties, including greeting visitors, data entry and outdoor works, such as bank-in, dispatch documents;
• To answer enquiries and handle complaint cases from the general public

Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma, Associate Degree or above;
• Preferably 2 years relevant working experience, candidate with less experience will be considered as Executive Assistant
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; detailed oriented, proactive and responsible
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, ability to speak Mandarin a plus
• Proficient in PC applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Able to work independently and work
