Job Description - (Senior) AI Engineer

bout the Role We are looking for a Full Stack AI Engineer to join a growing team delivering AI-driven solutions within an investment banking environment. This role focuses on building production-grade AI applications that enhance research, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
You will work across the full development lifecycle, combining modern frontend and backend engineering with advanced AI capabilities such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). This is an opportunity to work on high-impact systems where performance, scalability, and reliability are critical.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop end-to-end web applications using React (frontend) and Python (backend)
Build scalable APIs and backend services using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django
Develop and implement RAG-based AI solutions integrating large language models with enterprise data
Deliver production-ready AI systems, including monitoring, logging, and performance optimization
Deploy and maintain applications in Azure cloud environments
Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
Work with structured and unstructured data, including document and knowledge-based systems
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions
Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of full stack development experience
Strong expertise in React and Python
Proven experience delivering production AI applications (not prototype or personal projects)
Hands-on experience with RAG architecture and LLM-based solutions
Experience with Azure cloud platforms
Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD and deployment pipelines
Strong problem-solving and system design skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
