Job Description - (Senior) Application Development Manager (E-Banking )

Responsibilities:

Responsible for system design, development, implementation and support of the bank application systems, including web application systems, mobile App and API systems.
Participate in key projects for expansion of the business to ensure seamless implementation.
Troubleshoot problem and propose recommendation to solve issue
Assist the project manager in project management.
Facilitate user requirement gathering, recommend best practice solutions
System development, testing, maintenance & production support.
Prepare technical documentation

Requirements:

Degree or above with major in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
5+ years of relevant IT experience, preferably in Banking Industry is preferred.
Strong experience in Java development , web application development , mobile app, API and complete software development life cycle.
Good knowledge of Java, J2EE(JSP/ Servlet), Javascript, HTML5, Struts, XML, CSS, AJAX, JQuery , Js , css, shell script.
Experience of system development on Linux platform.
Experience related to DevSecOps, API/ Microservice development in Java, SpringBoot, OpenShift, Istio, Public (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP, etc, ......) or Private Cloud platform, Maven, ELK, GitLab is a plus.
Knowledge on Oracle, DB2, MySQL, Mongo DB, WebSphere, MQ is an advantage.
Project experience on Cloud or Microservice is an advantage.
Strong analytic and communication skills.
Good command of written English and Chinese.
Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
