Currently, we are seeking a talented professional to join our Payroll & HR Outsourcing division as a valuable member of our team. In this crucial role, you will play a pivotal part in managing our clients' payroll matters, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate payroll calculations to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines, including MPF calculations.
  • Prepare monthly and ad hoc payroll reports to ensure timely and accurate delivery to clients.
  • Handle employer's tax compliance matters to ensure adherence to taxation legislations.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to address payroll-related queries and provide expert guidance.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and ensuring compliance in all payroll activities.

Key Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education, preferably with a major in accounting, human resources management, business studies, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of solid experience in payroll outsourcing services, payroll administration, and compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Hong Kong payroll processing, HK Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations, and relevant taxation legislations.
  • Action-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Associate position.
