Job Description - Senior Associate - Intermediary Sales (Asset Management)

A leading asset management firm with a strong presence in the region is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Intermediary/ Distribution Sales professional. The successful candidate will support channel marketing initiatives, build and maintain partnerships with banking institutions, and contribute to the firm’s distribution strategy across bank channels.

Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing Activity Support
  1. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns through distribution channels / banks / insurance / securities and brokerage partners.
  2. Prepare promotional materials, draft marketing content, and support event coordination.
  3. Collect, consolidate, and analyze marketing data to support channel‑related initiatives.
2. Market Data Collection & Analysis
  1. Gather, organize, and update information on bank channels and market trends.
  2. Monitor competitive developments and provide timely insights to internal teams.
  3. Maintain and continuously enhance the internal channel information database.
3. Support Relationship Management
  1. Assist in identifying new collaboration opportunities with bank partners and their branch networks.
  2. Support ongoing relationship management with existing channels.
  3. Coordinate daily communication and ensure smooth implementation of joint activities.
4. Execution of Marketing Strategies
  1. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement channel marketing strategies.
  2. Support the rollout of product promotion efforts through bank platforms.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or above; Finance, Economics, Accounting , or related fields preferred.
  2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial services, channel sales, or marketing.
  3. Strong communication and collaboration skills; familiarity with basic data analysis tools; strong writing ability.
  4. Proactive, strong execution capability, and results‑oriented mindset.
  5. Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English is an advantage.
