My client, a reputable family office, is seeking a results-driven Investment professional (Senior Associate to Manager level) to lead the development and execution of leveraged and structured finance business for the firm. This role requires deep expertise in structuring complex debt instruments, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal risk frameworks. The suitable candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding the firm's investments in fixed income, leveraged loans, mezzanine financing and customized structured solutions.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, or a related field; MBA, CFA, or other advanced degree/certification preferred.
Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in fixed income, leveraged and structured finance, investment banking, or corporate lending.
Demonstrated track record of leading and executing complex leveraged and structured finance transactions
Experience managing client relationships with corporate clients and/ or private equity sponsors.
Previous team leadership experience (managing analysts) preferred.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in financial analysis and modeling (analyzing financial statements, LBO models, cash flow models) and advanced Excel proficiency.
Deep understanding of equity market, debt capital markets, credit analysis, and structured finance instruments (e.g., leveraged loans, high-yield bonds, mezzanine debt, ABS).
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., SFC, listing rules) and credit risk management practices.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Entrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude;
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service and building long-term relationships.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills; ability to work cross-functionally across departments.

Occasional travel is required.
