Job Description

Processing treasury transactions accurately and ensuring timely settlement.
Reconciling discrepancies in transaction records and maintaining accurate documentation.
Managing daily cash flow and liquidity requirements for treasury operations.
Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve settlement issues.
Monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Preparing reports on settlement activities for management review.
Assisting in the implementation of process improvements and system enhancements.
Supporting audits and providing necessary documentation as required.

The Successful Applicant

A strong understanding of treasury settlement processes within the financial services industry.
Knowledge of banking and financial services operations in HK.
Proficiency in using relevant financial systems and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination.
