Description
Brand Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement brand strategies and plans to drive brand growth and market share.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Define brand positioning, target audience, and brand architecture in alignment with business objectives.
- Develop annual brand plans, including marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective brand execution and consistency across all touchpoints.
Brand Communication and Campaign Management:
- Develop compelling brand communication strategies and creative campaigns that resonate with target consumers.
- Collaborate with advertising agencies, design teams, and media partners to create impactful advertising and promotional materials.
- Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, tracking performance and making data-driven optimizations.
- Monitor and analyze campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
Brand Equity and Portfolio Management:
- Manage and protect brand equity by ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
- Conduct brand health analysis and track key brand performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for brand extension or portfolio optimization based on market insights and consumer needs.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure brand alignment and successful product launches.
- Monitor and manage brand budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and ROI.
Market and Consumer Insights:
- Stay informed about market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Conduct consumer research, including focus groups, surveys, and market studies to gather insights and identify opportunities.
- Analyze market data, consumer feedback, and sales performance to drive actionable recommendations.
- Translate consumer insights into innovative product concepts, packaging designs, and marketing strategies.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in brand management, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and communication principles.
- Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in market research and analysis tools, as well as marketing automation and CRM software.
