Job Description - Senior Building Service Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage building services operations, including project planning, supervision, and site coordination for existing and new residential and commercial projects.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government agencies.

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Building Service, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
MHKIE qualification is a plus.
Experience in site progress monitoring and contractor coordination; Design & Build experience preferred.
Valid Safety Green Card required.
