Senior Business Analyst

Responsibility

Investigate the requirement and process flow of the software project, draw up the project business target and project execution plan, draw up the long-term development target and blueprint for the IT project.
Responsible for software project management, including project schedule control, quality control, cost control and personnel coordination.
Communicate and coordinate with internal functional departments, to ensure the project competition target is consistent with the draw up target, allocate and coordinate the internal resources of the project reasonably.
Selecting and managing suppliers reasonably, allocate and coordinate the external resources of the project reasonably.

Requirements

Degree holder or tertiary education in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
Over 5 years experience in IT project management, Over 2 years experience in software R&D projects.
Familiar with business operation system and finance management .
IT project management experience.
Priority in familiar with Oracle EBS .
Good in finance knowledge and strong analysis and design skills
Good analytical, inter-personal, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Be logical, flexible and able to work under pressure, collaborate with other, independently, proactively and to strict deadlines
